HEI2MAN?

I was on this guy early. I loved him as a Freshman, and I was saying he was better than Doug shortly after busting UW’s ass. Last year he proved he was a top back in the nation – both eye test and production wise (as a backup). Now he’s a freak. Insane agility, power, balance and speed. Not sure we’ve seen a RB of his size truck LBs at the goal line AND blow past secondaries. It’s like trying to tackle a high speed med ball that squats 600 lbs.

Now with this Heisman talk, I think he will have to break Sanders record to take the trophy. This isn’t my opinion, this is me trying to take the mind of a some schmuck credentialed voter. Milroe and Ward already have positional advantage, and if they’re not going with a QB – Travis Hunter’s name is also in the conversation. Small conference and weaker schedule will drag him down. And it’s not even October…we’ll see.

When Boise State started his heisman campaign in the off-season, I thought they were delusional. Hand up. I missed there. Jeanty has undoubtedly cemented himself in the conversation and also as a top shelf prospect. Some say generational. I’m saying now he’s the best since Barkley. Bijan was nothing. Gibbs was nothing. Najee Harris..nothing. Nothing compared to this. Not a single guy out of those Alabama / Georgia / Ohio State RB rooms has had this ability. Not to mention better Pedigree than Triple H.  Great guy, great family, stayed with his school- in this era? He’s got GMs geeking.

The whole world is on this guy now. Last small school to have a Heisman, using today’s conferences, was 1951. This could be one of the greatest seasons ever.

Also, RBU?
